palettephines: Analytical Color Palettes for Philippine Phenology

Provides specialized color palettes representing phenological transitions and biological lifecycles within Philippine landscapes. Rather than abstract gradients, these scales are anchored to topologically grounded states such as agricultural maturity, seasonal vegetation shifts, and environmental readiness.
