The package implements beta-binomial monitoring for binary outcomes, gamma-Poisson monitoring for count outcomes, posterior predictive alert probabilities, Bayesian early-warning signal detection, risk-adjusted surveillance, simulation tools, decision-support methods, and graphical summaries.
