• Removed Author section from description.
• Added additional restriction on the parameters (theta1 should not be equal to theta2).
• Fixed bugs in Weibull likelihood function.
• Added an additional logical check in random number generation function, requiring at least 2 observations before and after tau.
• In response to the reviewer’s comment, added on.exit() calls to ensure that settings are reset when the function exits.
• Added a check to ensure sufficient observations before and after the change-point in the random number generation function.
