• Constructs single or vectorised Policy Analysis Matrices from aggregate accounts or itemised farm budgets.
• Reports private and social profitability, policy transfers, NPCO, NPCI, EPC, PCR, DRC, PC, SRP, and SCB.
• Provides grouped aggregation, parity-price helpers, classifications, summaries, and base R plots.
• Adds deterministic sensitivity paths and numerical switching values.
• Adds reproducible lognormal or non-negative normal Monte Carlo simulation, optional correlated shocks, interval summaries, and decision probabilities.
• Includes synthetic teaching data, two vignettes, unit tests, and package citation metadata.

These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
