dexisensitivity

Overview

This package allows to manipulate ‘DEXi’ (Decision EXpert for education) decision trees in R and provides additionnal functionnalities for users of the ‘DEXi’ software:

  1. sensitivity analyses (Monte Carlo simulations, one-at-a-time approaches, and variance-based methods) to discern the impact of input variations
  2. vizualisation options for decision trees and analysis results
