Compared to version 0.0.1-1, the new version uses as the GME entropy
objective the full Bernoulli two-point entropy for the reparametrised
error terms, following the standard formulation of Golan, Judge &
Miller (1996): H_v = -sum [v*log(v) + (1-v)*log(1-v)]. The
previous version used the alternative formulation
-sum v*log(v). Consequent changes in gradient, KKT
multipliers, bootstrap composition, and documentation have also been
performed. Unit tests have been added.
These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
They may not be fully stable and should be used with caution. We make no claims about them.
