This is a minor release adding a new integration domain (non-negative real numbers) and minor bug fixes (including spelling errors).

New features

• New integration domain P = (0,)^n with associated generic classes and two integration functions (log-normal and log-t densities).

• New integration test function BFN4 for the unit hypercube.

• Rewrites exactIntegral method in standardSimplex_exp_sum.R to avoid using the gsl package.

• Corrects spelling errors in documentation.
