nlmixr2utils

Shared infrastructure for the nlmixr2 extension packages nlmixr2scm, nlmixr2boot, nlmixr2llp and nlmixr2sir, amongst others. If you don’t use any of these packages, you don’t need this one.

Based in large part on pre-existing code in nlmixr2extra, developed by Matt Fidler, Vipul Mann, Vishal Sarsani, Christian Bartels and Bill Denney.

Installation

Install the released version from CRAN:

install.packages("nlmixr2utils")

Or install the development version from GitHub:

# install.packages("pak")
pak::pak("nlmixr2/nlmixr2utils")

These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
They may not be fully stable and should be used with caution. We make no claims about them.
