rdian provides a modern (httr and curl-based) API client
for the guardian.co.uk API, allowing you to trivially retrieve content
and metadata from the newspaper’s online publications.
The development version can be obtained from GitHub:

For the CRAN version:
install.packages(“rdian”)
These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
