Corrected bibliography macros for R-devel Rd validation, added the cited author’s surname to the package spelling wordlist, and replaced an excluded local license link in the README with its repository URL.
Added simulate_conditions() and its
simulate_condition() alias to organize full factorial GRM
simulations from named theta, loading and FAOV threshold sets. Each
condition receives separate outputs, recorded inputs and replication
seeds, and a progress manifest.
Added simulate_conditions() as an alias for users of
the standalone prototype.
Existing condition outputs are protected against overwriting. The interface supports methods U and N, one or more factors, and arbitrary item ordering.
Corrected GRM category generation, independent random draws, one-factor handling, and missing-category summaries.
Corrected loading-matrix and multivariate-normal helpers. The
original three-factor gamma rejection approach remains available as
gamma_from_normal(); gamma_from_normal2() adds
a Gaussian-copula approach.
Removed Mplus execution and output-processing functions to focus the package on data simulation.
