tergmLite 2.5.0

• Major updates to package to implement summary statistics for network model simulations in EpiModel. This uses the new framework for ERGMs and TERGMs implemented in the >= 4.0 versions of those packages. This version of tergmLite should only be used with EpiModel >= 2.1.0.
