triplclust: Algorithm for Curve Detection in 3D Point Clouds

The TriplClust algorithm assigns each point in a 3D or 2D point cloud a cluster label representing curves or noise. It can be used to detect curves in point clouds. TriplClust is based on hierarchical clustering of point triplets and is explained in Dalitz et al. (2019) <doi:10.5201/ipol.2019.234>.
