u5mr_trussell estimates indirect under-five
mortality using the Trussell version of the Brass method and the
Coale-Demeny life table models.
data(coale_demeny_ltm) calls a list of tables of
coefficients from the Coale-Demeny life table models.
data(coeff_trussell_ki) and
data(coeff_trussell_ti) provide two coefficient tables used
to estimate the multipliers k(i) and the reference time
t(i) respectively.
data(bangladesh) and data(panama) are
two example datasets for the exercise of child mortality
estimation.
These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
