Version 5.47 has a few minor changes:

A new version of Typst was released in October, 2024. This version has improved package management that induces changes in TeXShop's support for the program. See ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/Inactive/Typst for details.
When TeXShop saved annotations with the option key down so only annotated pages were saved, annotations on these pages were duplicated. This is fixed.
When the Experiment window is active, command-1 now switches between its source and preview windows.
In Single Window Mode with line numbers visible in the Edit Panel, moving the split bar to the extreme left of the window so only the Preview Panel was visible caused a crash. This is fixed.
The manual has new material on Typst and Experiments.

These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
