RJDemetra: Interface to 'JDemetra+' Seasonal Adjustment Software

Interface around 'JDemetra+' (<https://github.com/jdemetra/jdemetra-app>), the seasonal adjustment software officially recommended to the members of the European Statistical System (ESS) and the European System of Central Banks.
