rasciidoc: Create Reports Using R and 'asciidoc'

Inspired by Karl Broman‘s reader on using ’knitr' with 'asciidoc' (<https://kbroman.org/knitr_knutshell/pages/asciidoc.html>), this is merely a wrapper to 'knitr' and 'asciidoc'.
