OECDdata: Fast and Friendly Access to OECD Data

Discover, describe, compare and import statistical datasets from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ('OECD') via its public Statistical Data and Metadata eXchange ('SDMX') Representational State Transfer ('REST') API <https://sdmx.oecd.org/public/>. Adapts the discovery workflow of 'eurodata' to OECD-native names, catalogue-resolved short codes and dataset-scoped metadata. Uses SDMX REST version 2 by default, streamed downloads, native 'data.table' parsing, defensive metadata resolution, caching and bounded HTTP retries. Includes an explicit version 1 transport for interoperability.
