ggpca: Publication-Ready PCA, t-SNE, and UMAP Plots

Provides tools for creating publication-ready dimensionality reduction plots, including Principal Component Analysis (PCA), t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE), and Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP).
