saeHB.ME.beta: SAE with Measurement Error using HB under Beta Distribution

Implementation of Small Area Estimation (SAE) using Hierarchical Bayesian (HB) Method when auxiliary variable measured with error under Beta Distribution. The 'rjags' package is employed to obtain parameter estimates.
